Order forms were distributed to students at school. Additional copies are available from the school office upon request or via PDF. Please return the order form with payment to school by November 12th. No late orders will be accepted. Orders will be delivered in mid-December, prior to winter break. Size information: Youth XS=2/4, S=6/8, M=10/12, L=14/16, XL=18/20. “Adult” items have a full cut; “Ladies” items have a more tapered, form-fitting cut.
